Why Do Our Prayers Go Unanswered?
Many of us are unaware of this critical mistake in our prayers
It is truly sad that many Muslims don't realize the main reason their prayers are never answered.
People have tried all kinds of ways to get their prayers answered. They follow the etiquette of prayer, like making ablution, facing the Qibla, and praying in Arabic. Some even travel all the way to Mecca to make their prayers. But sadly, their prayers still go unanswered. They forget the number one condition for making supplication to Allah. What is it? YOU MUST FACE ALLAH.
This is the main reason their prayers are not answered: they don't know Allah. They only know the name, A-L-L-A-H. So they will never know how to truly face Allah in their prayers.
So what is the solution? We must learn the knowledge of knowing Allah, which is the knowledge of Tauhid, also called the knowledge of Awaluddin Ma'rifatullah. At the very beginning of a person's religious life, they must come to know Allah, not just know His name.
